AustralBites was born in southern Chile with the conviction that the sea gives us much more than we take advantage of.

We saw an opportunity in Patagonian seafood byproducts: transforming them into nutritious, affordable, and sustainable foods.

So we began this journey, committed to the circular economy and with the goal of adding value to what others discard.
